Shipping Policy

PRE ORDERS The Performance Journal is available for pre orders and is expected to dispatch from late October 2026. If your order contains other items, the entire order will ship together when the journal is ready. If the expected dispatch timing changes, we'll contact you with an updated estimate and your available cancellation or refund options. 

Processing Time In stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes We deliver Australia-wide. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, carrier delays, peak periods). We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
